Alizeh is a Barrister-at-law (England and Wales) and a partner at Alizeh Legal with over twenty years of experience in private practice and in-house. She has held leadership roles in legal and compliance functions at large regional corporations, including family conglomerates, in the UAE and MENA region.

Alizeh is a specialist in corporate-commercial advisory; contract drafting and negotiation; leading joint ventures and acquisitions; company formation and restructuring; ethical compliance and corporate governance.

Her deep understanding of the laws and regulatory practices across the MENA region enable her to guide international and local clients with clear practical advice.
